THE CONCEPT: When an idea is born, it has to be implemented. I had this concept in my head of Kobe Bryant and the Air Jordan sneaker intertwining, as you can see painted on the back of the jacket. This seemed like the perfect concept to honor Kobe and his little girl, Gianna Bryant. Her jersey number 2 is incorporated within the Mambacita logo in the inside pocket of the jacket. The side to the heart! You will always find art rounding up the entire art concept on the inner pocket of my custom jackets.
A perfect sneaker-inspired top garment couldn’t be missing from this look. In addition to this concept, I sewed a sneaker-inspired design on a corset and incorporated shoelaces to give it THE final touch. Of course, in purple and yellow!
